Bristol City centre-forward Antoine Semenyo climbed off the bench to score his debut goal for Ghana against Switzerland in an international friendly.
The Black Stars of Ghana managed to record a 2-0 win over Switzerland in a Pre-World Cup friendly at the Zayad Sports Complex in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Semenyo doubled the lead for the Black Stars with a fine strike on the 73rd minute after Mohammed Salisu had snatched the opener on the 69th minute of the game.
The English-born of Ghanaian descent announced his decision to switch international allegiance to play for the West African nation earlier this year.
He made his debut for the Black Stars against Madagascar in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers at the Cape Coast Sports.
Semenyo, 28, has made two appearances for the Black Stars with a goal to his credit.
