French-born Cameroonian teenager Rayane Messi has once again popped up on the shopping list of Bundesliga heavyweights Bayern Munich after courting him for the past two seasons.
The 18-year-old, who is currently on loan at Saudi Pro League club NEOM SC from Ligue 1 outfit RC Strasbourg, has long been greatly admired by those in charge of the administrative affairs at the Allianz Arena given his magnificent talent as a rising star.
Per German tabloid Bild, the teenage sensation winger is among the targeted players to be poached by the Die Roten in the upcoming transfer market.
German sports journalist and Bayern Munich lnsider Christian Falk has disclosed the everlasting interest in the evergreen winger by the Säbener Straße by telling BILD: ''He [Rayane Messi] belongs to Strasbourg, is only on loan – and Bayern were already interested in him. He is known internally at Bayern, he is a U19 international player for France.''
With his running contract set to expire on June 30, 2030, the Bundesliga titans must fork out a fee around €1 million before they can land him in the summer as per his transfermarkt valuation.
