Ludogorets Razgrad Ghanaian forward Bernard Tekpetey has completed his mission to secure a double with his club this season after winning the Bulgaria Parva Liga title on Wednesday.
The Eagles snatched a crucial 1-0 victory over PFC Cherno More Varna in the final match day of the season to seal the Bulgarian championship.
Tekpetey, 25, climbed off the bench in the 85th minute to replace midfielder Kirin Despodov to feature in the game.
Tekpetey's class of 2023 became the team in Bulgarian soccer history to clinch the league (12th consecutive time) and the Bulgarian Cup.
Ludogorets won the Bulgarian Cup title two weeks ago when they beat CSKA 1948 Sofia 3-1 in the final.
He featured in 27 games for Ludogorets in the Bulgaria Parva Liga this season, netting 8 goals and firing 5 assists in the campaign.
