Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew was on target for Le Havre who held Paris Saint Germain to a pulsating 3-3 in match-day 31 opener of the French Ligue 1.
The 34-year-old started the game alongside countryman Emmanuel Sabbi who assisted Christopher Operi for the opener on the 19th minute, before Bradley Barcola equalized ten minutes later.
On the 38th minute, Andre Ayew scored to restore the lead to give the Navy Blues the lead into half time. Abdoulaye Toure extended the visitors lead on the 61st minute from the spot.
Two subsequent goals from Achraf Hakimi and Gonçalo Ramos helped the league leaders to fight from behind to salvage a draw.
Reacting to the win, the ex- Marseille attacker expressed elation for the goal and the fact that he scored against PSG and added he is getting back to a perfect shape after recent string of injuries.
"It is a good feeling, you know, to score against Paris especially because I am a Marseille boy. The rivalry between the two clubs is very big," he shared with journalist Nana Ama Agyemang.
"Everything is going really well. Personally, I am physically fit. I am getting back to my best shape bit by bit. I was injured for a while so I didn’t sign for a club early."
Andre Ayew has now netted five goals in all competitions and will hope for another starting berth when they host Strasbourg in the next round of matches.
