Brazilian Serie A outfit SC Internacional have confirmed the acquisition of Ghanaian young midfielder Benjamin Arhin on a season-long loan deal.
Arhin left the shores of Ghana to complete a move to the Estádio Beira-Rio outfit on the transfer deadline day from Ghanaian lower-tier Dansoman Wise XI FC.
The transformative midfielder has been drafted into the youth side of SC Internacional—U20 team—to help his development as a young footballer.
Arhin, who hails from Senya Bereku in the Central Region of Ghana, spent most of his formative years in Weija in the Greater Accra Region and joined Dansoman Wise XI FC in 2021.
He played an instrumental role in the club's historic promotion to the Ghanaian third-tier League in 2022 with impressive performances which won him the season's best player accolade.
Arhin is yet to represent Ghana at any level.
