Ghana and FC Nordsjaelland midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi has been crowned the Danish Superliga Player of the Month for February, on the back of his tantalizing display in the month under review.
The 20-year-old had a standout month, registering one goal and one assist to help the Tigers maintain their unbeaten February run, securing two wins and a draw from three matches, including a crucial 1-2 away victory over champions FC Copenhagen
The dynamic midfielder has now amassed 21 appearances this season, boasting seven-goal involvements (2 goals, 5 assists) as he continues to grow into one of the club’s most influential performers.
Yirenkyi over the weekend, lasted the entire duration when Nordsjaelland lost their recent unbeaten run after a 2-1 away defeat to Viborg FF last Sunday in match-week 22.
Caleb Yirenkyi since making his Black Stars debut last year, has been very integral and is currently one of the favourites among the Ghanaian football faithful as he stand a huge chance of making it to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
