Former Ghana U20 star Samuel Ofori has been adjudged with the Player of the Year Award at Cambodian Premier League club Kirivong FC for the 2025/26 football season.

The 27-year-old centre-back brought his leadership qualities to bear as the captain of the side after guiding them to a second-place finished in the Group B league standings for the just ended elite division contest.
Ofori took to his micro-blogging platform lnstagram to express his profound gratitude to the club's president, management, coaches, playing body and fans for their massive support throughout the season.
Given his impressive performances, he took in 28 appearances by netting 2 times and setting up another 4 for the Kirivong Sok Sen Chey Stadium outfit in the 2025/26 campaign.

He is yet to earn his senior cap with the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars on the international stage after featuring for the Ghana U20 national youth team.
