The Nine Stripes have captured the signature of the promising teenage sensation of Ghanaian descent in this just started football season
Canadian-born Ghanaian starlet lsaiah Philip Dawson Aggrey has joined Canadian Premier League side Inter Toronto Football Club, the club have confirmed.
The 17-year-old budding defender would be spending time with the academy ranks (Inter Toronto Pathway ) in the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.
ln an excerpt of a statement confirming the signing of the promising centre-back, the York Lions Stadium campaigners have said via the club's official website: ''Inter Toronto Football Club announces that Isaiah Philip Dawson Aggrey has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.

''Born in Edmonton, Canada, the 17-year-old centre-back brings a strong physical profile at 6’1”, combining defensive presence with the ability to play the ball. A left-footed defender who also holds Ghanaian nationality, he can operate in midfield and adds versatility to his profile. Aggrey has developed with Inter Toronto III after previous spells with Scottish United and Next Step Soccer.''
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the Edmonton-born native budding defender could become a future prospect for the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars on the international stage in the nearest future.
