Spanish LaLiga outfit Celta Vigo are set to offload Ghana international centre-back Joseph Aidoo, a report from the Spanish media has stated.
After being sidelined with an injury for the past eleven months, the 29-year-old is now enduring a rough patch at the Estadio de Balaídos since returning from his injury setback so far this season.
A report by Spanish tabloid Marca has indicated that Joseph Aidoo and his American team-mate Lucas De La Torre are to be get rid of this winter as both are not in the plans of manager Claudio Giráldez for the 2024-25 football campaign.
The former Hammarby IF reliable stopper has so far figured in 3 games across all competitions for Celta Vigo. However, with his running contract due to expire in June 2026, the bulky rearguard could see his deal cut short before this season comes to a close.
