English-born Ghanaian attacker Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah has been voted Nottingham Forest Women’s Player of the Month for September after an outstanding run of form.
The Black Queens player featured in four matches for Forest in the month under review and made a strong impact with her performances.
Boye-Hlorkah scored three goals in those four appearances, playing a key role in the team’s attacking efforts.
Her goalscoring form has also seen her move to the top of Nottingham Forest’s scoring chart, making her the club’s current leading scorer.
The individual award is recognition of the midfielder’s consistency and influence during a productive month for the English club.
Boye-Hlorkah will now aim to maintain her momentum as Nottingham Forest continue their campaign, while also strengthening her position as one of Ghana’s key players ahead of upcoming Black Queens assignments.
She registered an assist over the weekend in their 0-2 away win over Burnley in the Women Super League 2.
