Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah could be nearing a summer switch to Premier League side Chelsea.
The Ghanaian international
has spent four seasons with the Bianconeri but became a marginal figure this past season and may seek a move away after four consecutive Serie A titles.
According to Tuttosport, incoming Blues coach Antonio Conte is reportedly ready to reunite with the 27-year-old, after being the one to give the order to purchase the player while in charge at the Old Lady.
The versatile midfielder has a contract until 2018 and is expected to fetch a fee of approximately €20 million, a figure which Juventus would likely be more than willing to accept for a reserve player.
Asamoah managed only a single assist in 11 Serie A matches last season.
