English side Crawley Town have signed former Ghana U-20 defender Daniel Pappoe on a non-contract basis, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.
Kickgh.com earlier reported that the English-born of Ghanaian descent was on trials with the The Reds during the pre-season.
The Ex-Chelsea youth skipper have reunited with his former Coach Dermot Drummy.
The 22-year-old joined the Reds on a free transfer after his contract with Hemel Hempstead was terminated.
Dermot said: “Danny has done well in pre-season and by signing this non-contract agreement it gives us more time to assess him and give him an opportunity to show us what he can do. I think he’s got a lot of potential and we look forward to working with him going forward.”
Pappoe had loan spells with Colchester and Kingstonian and after leaving Chelsea he was part of Brighton & Hove Albion’s development squad.
