The winger has been impressed with the form of Boro's forwards in pre-season as he believes Boro will be dangerous playing on the counter.
Albert Adomah has seen enough of Boro’s forward players this summer to be convinced as they can fire his side's to success in the top flight league this season.
The 28-year-old also believes Boro’s second half demolition of Aston Villa at the weekend proved just how much of a threat Aitor Karanka’s side can be when playing on the counter attack.
“I don’t know how teams will play against us in the Premier League because I haven’t played at that level before but the way we played at Villa showed that we can play on the counter attack and obviously play behind the ball,” he said.
“It worked for us at Aston Villa because they came out of the blocks playing well and then eventually tired out.
“But we showed that we have that weapon in our locker so if we can use it it can benefit us.” he added.
