Crystal Palace and Greek side Olympiacos are both in active pursuit of Ghanaian centre-back Mohammed Salisu, with negotiations now underway with AS Monaco.

According to Foot Mercato, the Premier League side has approached Monaco to secure Salisu on a loan deal.

Meanwhile, Bridgestone reports that Olympiacos are in talks directly with the player’s agent and Monaco, aiming to finalise an agreement ahead of the UEFA Champions League group stage draw.

Salisu, 26, joined Monaco in August 2023 and is under contract until 2028. However, limited playing opportunities—compounded by his sidelined status following Monaco’s acquisition of Eric Dier—have prompted his push for a move.

A return to Crystal Palace would offer him a second spell in the Premier League, while a move to Olympiacos could provide Champions League exposure. Monaco are weighing both options as they prepare their squad for a demanding season ahead.
