The Eagles are reportedly considering a move to secure the signature of the hugely talented centre-forward from AS Roma in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Ghana international Felix Afena-Gyan has attracted interest from English Premier League side Crystal Palace, according Italian journalist DiMarzio.
Afena-Gyan is said to have emerged on the wishlist of the Selhurst Park outfit after an amazing debut season for AS Roma last term.
According to DiMarzio, Crystal Palace are interested in signing the 20-year-old striker and they are ready to splash €10 to €12 million despite no talks have begun between the two clubs yet.
Italian Serie A trio US Sassuolo, US Lecce, US Salernitana have also expressed interest in signing Felix Afena-Gyan on a season-long loan deal which AS Roma is believed to consider for the progression of the Sunyani-born striker.
AS Roma are strongly interested in Zaha as well and Afena-Gyan could potentially be included in a deal for the ex-Manchester United man. Zaha’s agents recently offered the Giallorossi a chance to sign the player this summer.
Jose Mourinho is said to rate Zaha’s abilities and his playing style as well and there have been suggestions that he has liked the Ivory Coast international since his time in the Premier League with Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea.
