Dutch-born Ghanaian teen Denzel Darko is set for U17 Division 1 Fall competitions with Ajax ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
The promising budding star, currently with the U15 youth ranks, will now be teaming up with his team-mates at the U17 level following his promotion at the end of this season.
Darko, who is skipping the U16 youth ranks, enjoyed an explosive campaign after netting 18 and assisted 15 in 26 league games for Ajax Youth team in the recently concluded campaign.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the Netherlands-born starlet could become a sure bet for Ghana on the international stage despite playing for the Netherlands U15 national youth team.
