Egyptian topflight outfit Al Masry have announced the capture of former RTU attacker Listowel Amankona on a free transfer in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 18 year old was handed five year contract after a fruitful negotiations- a long term deal which will keep him with the Green Eagles until 2028.
Official club statement on Facebook reads; "Al-Masry contracts with the Ghanaian talent to acquire Amankona for five seasons."
The mercurial winger has been a revelation since coming into the limelight, having featured for both Bechem United and his last spell was with Real Tamale United.
He's been stupendous and very consistent and given series of high level performances, having made 46 Ghana Premier League appearances in the past years with two goals and two assists to his belt.
Listowel, 18, has been presented to his new teammates and is expected to resume for preseason very soon in order to acclimatize quickly before the commencement of the new season in Egypt.
