The Ghanaian winger has bemoaned his side's lack of killer instinct following their stalemate outcome against their opponent in yesterday's clash

Ghana and Spezia Calcio winger Emmanuel Gyasi has said he and his team-mates are not happy with their 2-2 drawn game against Atalanta on Wednesday afternoon in the Serie A campaign.

His 8th minute strike and that of team-mate Nzola 31st minute were not enough to seal victory for them at the Stadio Alberto Picco as goals from opponent men R. Højlund and M. Pašalić ensured the share of the spoils on the day.

The 28-year-old was left bemoaning their lack of game management situations in game of this magnitude especially knowing the opponent at stake.

"We had a great team performance today," the former Torino man told DAZN. "We're not happy because going up 2-0 and then having to recover after we had some situations to close it... We know that if you don't do it, in Serie A, there are teams strong like Atalanta who can come back. It must be a lesson from the next one we must try to improve."

Gyasi's strike was his first in this season's top-flight contest having featured in 14 league games so far this term.

The Palermo-born winger has been capped 3 times by Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars.
