Cremonese Sporting Boss, Ariedo Braida says Felix Afena-Gyan must show that he deserves to mature in the first team.
The Ghanaian striker joined Cremonese from fellow Italian club AS Roma in the summer.
Afena-Gyan had his breakthrough last season when he made his competitive debut for Jose Mourinho's side.
The 19-year-old is yet to take a full flight at the newly promoted Serie A side.
He has scored a-goal in nine games for Cremonese so far.
Ariedo Braida insists that Felix Afena-Gyan must prove that he deserves to mature with the first team of Cremonese.
"He needs time and space, but to find them you also have to deserve them. The boys need to play continuously, but they have to demonstrate," he told TvPlay CM IT.
"He must mature while remaining in the perspective of the first team, he is starting to learn, to gain his first experiences and slowly he will show his qualities, it takes a little patience," he added.
