Ghanaian forward Ernest Agyiri’s early goal could not save Estonian side FCI Levadia from crashing out of the UEFA Conference League, losing 2-4 aggregate to MSK Zilina.

Zilina won 2-1 in the first leg at the Stadion MSK Zilina last Thursday and succumbed to another 2-1 defeat in the return leg on Thursday.

Agyiri, 25, scored in the 10th minute to equalise and fire the home fans into an optimistic ecstasy as they hoped they were on track in snatching qualification to the next round of the competition.

Slovakia defender Matus Rusnak had broken the virginity of the game in the 3rd minute.

Zilina scored again on the stroke of half time (45+2) through midfielder Andrej Stojchevski, ploying his side to seal the victory as they dazzled to the next stage.

Agyiri's Ghanaian compatriots Samuel Gidi and Henry Addo featured for Zilina. Gidi played full throttle as the latter was brought on to substitute Cameroon teenage left-winger Antoin Bikoula Essomba.
