Arthur, recently saw off his loan spell at Croatia giants HNK Rijeka, were his heroics was noticed by Novi Pazar which they showed a significant interest in the attacking midfielder and agreeing a fee with ArthurLegacy Sports, sole representatives of the player.
The 21-year-old spent some time in the fold of EurAfrica, and played in the 2021/22 Greater-Accra division 2 season, scoring six goals, firing eight assists, and annexing four Man of the Match gongs.
In addition to a promising club development, Arthur has been marked to be a lad set for a tremendous success in the near future.
