Ghanaian prodigy, Fatawu Ganiwu has been handed a trial opportunity at English Premier League giants Chelsea FC, and are gradually getting impressed with the young midfielder.
The versatile middleman got the spotlight with his performance for the Black Starlets of Ghana at the UEFA U-16 Invitational tournament held in April last year where the two-time world champions won all their three matches, where they defeated host nation Serbia, Spain and Switzerland.
The player, after his stellar display, earned himself trial opportunities at RC Lens and RB Salzburg and is currently with the Premier League giants.
Ganiwu per reports, has been very impressive at the Cobham and has now moved swiftly to join their U21 side after his majestic performance for the U-18 team against Sheffield United last Tuesday.
Chelsea FC with their recent strategy of building their team with youngsters are steadily monitoring the Ghanaian youngster- who has the same agency as defender Levi Colwill and will not hesitate to sign him if he continues to flourish.
