Ghana winger Joseph Paintsil has expressed delight with the performance of KRC Genk in their 1-1 draw against St. Truiden in the Belgium Belgian Pro League.
The fiercely contested game at the Daio Wasabi Stayen Stadium on Sunday was Paintsil's return to his club after a shambolic 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast.
Genk struck the opener after just two minutes into the match through Nigerian forward Yira Collins Sor.
But Ryotaro Ito notched the equalizer at stoppage time to force the game to end at 1-1 draw stalemate.
However, the Ghana international has reacted despite the difficulties encountered against the 9th placed side.
