European powerhouse, FC Barcelona have shortlisted Ghana international Thomas Partey for a loan acquisition in the winter transfer window, according to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo.
The Spanish La Liga outfit are currently in the transfer window to secure the signature of a highly-rated midfielder on a short deal to bolster their squad in the absence of injured Gavi and the Arsenal midfielder is among the seven players listed for a possible transfer.
Other players on Barcelona's list include Renato Sanches, Kalvin Phillips, Andrey Santos, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, Yann M'Vila, and Grzegorz Krychowiak.
Partey, who is currently out of action with knee injury, has been linked with a move away from Arsenal due to injuries. His return from the treatment room still remains unknown.
The 30-year-old has struggled with fitness issues ever since arriving in North London in 2020, racking up just 104 appearances in nearly three and a half years.
