The Danish top-flight side are keen on tying down the ex-Juventus versatile attacking midfielder having begun his training sessions in Denmark for the past days
FC Nordsjaelland are eyeing a deal with Ghana international midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah in the ongoing Danish Superlig football campaign.
The former Juventus and lnter Milan man, who has been inactive for a year after leaving Serie A side Cagliari Calcio, could join the Farum-based club following his training sessions with them this season.
Confirming the presence of the 33-year-old at the Right to Dream Park outfit, club's manager Flemming Pedersen said his side are looking forward to tying him down to a contract be it a technical staff or squad player judging from what he is made of in the profession.
"Right now, no time has been set for his stay here with us. He is a player with huge experience that we can all benefit from having in our environment. Then we have to find out if he should perhaps play for us, or if he should have another function," the 59-year-old Dane gaffer told sn.dk
Since bursting onto the football scene, Kwadwo Asamoah has so far had stints with Udinese, Juventus, Inter Milan, Cagliari and Torino - all in the ltalian Serie A top division league campaign.
He has been capped 71 times by Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars with 4 goals to his name.
