Former Dreams FC, Asante Kotoko, and Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Mutawakilu Seidu has signed with his third club in the Nigerian Premier League, joining Akwa United on a one-year deal.
Seidu, who previously played for Enugu Rangers and Rivers United in the Nigerian league, made the move after his contract with Rivers United expired. He now teams up with Paul Acquah at Akwa United.
Upon joining, Mutawakilu expressed his commitment to his new club, promising his teammates and the supporters that he will give his all to ensure success for Akwa United.
