Ghanaian forward Richmond Antwi scored his third goal of the season on Sunday in Phoenix Rising 4-0 win against Colorado Spring Switchbacks in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship at the Wild Horse Pass Stadium.
The former Legon Cities marksman has been on top form since joining the USL club in America late last year.
American midfielder Aodhan Quinn broke the deadlock of the game for Phoenix in the 19th minute as he bent a high left-footed shot that caught the goalkeeper off his line.
Phoenix took a 2-0 lead in the 25th minute when Kevon Lambert cut inside and found the feet of striker JJ Williams, who turned and ripped a shot past Caldwell into the low, far corner of the net.
Just after the break Quinn played a perfect corner in from the right side and Joseph Farrell clipped it over the head of Caldwell to make it 3-0 in the 49th minute.
Antwi, 21, climbed off the bench in the 83rd minute to seal the win for the home side after just eight minutes of action after forward Greg Hurst smacked a cross over the top of the six-yard box and Antwi went and got it, stretching out with his right foot to redirect a shot past Caldwell to make it 4-0 for Phoenix.
