Ex-Samartex midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh (27) has married his girlfriend in a private ceremony in his home country of Ghana.
The wedding is believed to have taken place over the weekend, just six days after the break of the Tanzania Premier League.
The event was attended by family, friends and fellow footballers.
The Tanzania Premier League is on break until March 1, 2025, to pave the way for the Mapinduzi Cup and CHAN tournaments, which are being hosted by Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
This development allowed the former Asante Kotoko midfielder to walk his beautiful girlfriend down the aisle.
The Tanzania top-flight fixtures played on December 29 were the last before the break, and the league will resume with matchday 17.
Keyekeh started his career with Ofankor-based Unistar before joining Karela United, where he established himself as one of the superb midfielders in the country.
He later joined Asante Kotoko before moving to Samartex. He joined Tanzanian club Singida Black Stars at the end of last season's campaign and has gone ahead to establish himself as a key cog for the club.
