Ghanaian midfielder Forson Amankwah delivered an impressive performance for Hapoel Be’er Sheva, contributing a goal and an assist in their 2-0 victory over Ironi Tiberias in round six of the Israeli Premier League.
The 23-year-old played a key role in helping the Camels secure all three points, providing an assist before getting on the scoresheet himself.
Amankwah set up João Victor to open the scoring in the 52nd minute, giving Hapoel Be’er Sheva the breakthrough after a competitive first half.
The mercurial midfielder then capped his display with a late goal to seal the 2-0 win and ensure his side finished the encounter strongly.
His contribution proved decisive as Hapoel Be’er Sheva claimed another league victory, with Amankwah showing his value in both creating and scoring goals.
The Camels will now turn their attention to European action, with a meeting against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar scheduled for Thursday, October 15, in the UEFA Europa League.
