Amankwah doubled their lead in the 64th minute before making it 3-0 on the 74th minute of the game.
Strahinja Pavlovic completed their convincing win at the My Phone Austria Stadion with his strike on the 83rd minute.
Amankwah has now scored three goals in 8 appearances for Red Bull Salzburg this season so far.
