The French elite division campaigners have snapped up the signature of the talented budding sensational wonderkid of Ghanaian descent from the fourth-tier outfit for their youth team system
French Ligue 1 outfit FC Lorient have signed French-born Ghanaian wonderkid Kenan Quarshie from Championnat National 2 club Saint-Colomban Locminé.
The 13-year-old promising talent has caught the attention of the Ligue 1 outfit and have moved swiftly to land his services for their academy ranks by beating off competitions from potential suitors to his much courted signature for the 2026/27 football season.
The evergreen wonderkid has been slated for the pre-formation (U15) setup to continue with his developmental stages as those managing the administrative affairs at the Stade du Moustoir sees him as a future prospect for the main team in the nearest future.
Given his glowing talent, Quarshie could become a precious asset for the Ghana national football teams on the international stage, with the Ghana FA now set to closely monitor his progress at FC Lorient.
