German lower tier club TSG Backnang 1919 have confirmed the signing of Blaubeuren-born Andrew Owusu from Dornbirner SV.
Owusu arrives at the Etzwiesen stadium with lots of youthful experience and has signed a long term contract, paving way for him to start training with his new teammates.
"Andrew has left an excellent impression in this week's training sessions. He has incredible speed, is technically savvy and is strong in ball grabbing. A type of player he embodied we currently do not have in our squad. His vita speaks for himself. Therefore, we are happy that this opportunity has still arisen at the present moment. We are convinced that he will once again strengthen the quality of our staff," TSG's sporting director Marc Erdmann said.
Owusu, who's a terrific young talent has already shone at the very youthful levels for SSV Ulm 1846, FC Heidenheim 1846, SG Sonnenhof Grossaspach and Austrian Elite League Vorarlberg side Dornbirner SV where he calved a niche for himself, always sparking magic in midfield.
