The Czech top-tier club have announced the signing of the Black Stars full-back until the summer of 2025.

Ghana international Patrick Kpozo has officially joined Czech First League outfit FC Banik Ostrava from Moldovan Super Liga champions FC Sheriff Tiraspol in the ongoing summer transfer window.

 
The 25-year-old signed a two-year contract with the Blue and White lads after passing a mandatory medical examination earlier today.
 
The club's official statement reads “The miner has strengthened by the Ghanaian representative Patrick Kpozo! The 25-year-old footballer moved to the left wing of Bazaly from the team of the reigning Moldovan champions FC Sheriff Tiraspol”
 
Kpozo has ended his successful spell at FC Sheriff Tiraspol after helping them to win two league titles and two FA Cup titles, making 42 appearances for the club during his stay.
 
He made his debut for the senior national team of Ghana in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.
