Black Stars winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has emerged as the most impactful player in the English Championship for the 2023/24 season. 

Topping the CIES study charts with a score of 70, the Leicester City star showcased his prowess in six key areas of the game, surpassing his peers.

Issahaku's outstanding season featured seven goals and 13 assists in 42 appearances across all competitions, earning him accolades such as Leicester City Young Player of the Year. 

His contributions played a crucial role in Leicester's Championship title triumph, with a total involvement in 20 goals.

Notably, Issahaku etched his name in history as the first Ghanaian to score a hat-trick in the Championship during Leicester's 5-0 win over Southampton. 

With Leicester's promotion to the Premier League, Issahaku aims for a permanent deal at the club, banking on his stellar performances.
