RB Salzburg midfielder Forson Amankwah continues to be heavily linked with a move to clubs in Western Europe, namely; England, Germany, France, and Belgium, but the Ghanaian has previously been tipped to focus on his development at the Red Bull Arena.
The Ghanaian stalwart, 21, has established himself as one of the finest midfielders in Austria, having had stints at Liefering and Rheindorf Altach on loan basis.
Amankwah, whose market value on Transfermarkt is €5,000,000 made 25 appearances, netting four goals and providing three assists for Salzburg in the 2023/24 season.
While it remains to be seen if Amankwah would be willing to leave before his current contract expires in 2027, Salzburg will desperate to hang onto their talisman - particularly as previous reports have indicated he could be willing to see out his contract in Wals-Siezenheim municipality.
