Ghana winger Christopher Antwi-Adjei was on target in VFL Bochum five-goal thriller win over FC Augsburg in the German Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.

VFL Bochum managed to record a 3-2 home victory over FC Augsburg to keep their hopes of maintaining top-flight spot alive, the victory leaves them a place above the relegation zone.

 
Antwi-Adjei brilliantly opened the score for the home side on the 2nd minute of the game before FC Augsburg leveled up through Arne Maier on the half-hour mark.
 
A 59th minute own goal scored Jeffrey Gouweleeuw aided VFL Bochum to get the second goal before Anthony Losilla made it 3-1, just three minutes later.
 
A 85th minute strike from Ghanaian-born Italian winger Kelvin Yeboah wasn't enough to secure a point for FC Augsburg as it ended in a 3-2 for VFL Bochum
 
Antwi-Adjei was substituted after lasting for 76 minute of the game.
 
He has scored three goals and provided six assists in 27 games for VFL Bochum in the Bundesliga.
