Ghanaian forward Isaac Atanga was on target again for Aalesunds FK against Sarpsborg in the Norwegian Eliteserien on Monday evening.
Aalesunds FK suffered a 3-1 away defeat to Sarpsborg in their match-week 8 encounter at the Sarpsborg Stadium.
Ghanaian teenager Christopher Baah Bonsu opened the floodgate with a fine strike in the 19th minute to give the hosts the lead.
Later in the 36th minute, Joachim Soltvedt also got his name on the scoresheet to double the lead for Sarpsborg.
Atanga on the 39th minute reduced the deficit for Aalesunds FK, making it 3-1 for the first half of the game.
A second-half strike from Bjorn Utvik in the 68th minute sealed a 3-1 win for Sarpsborg at the end of the 90 minutes
Atanga now has three goals after making eight appearances in the 2023 Norwegian Eliteserien.
