Former Levante striker Emmanuel Boateng scored his first goal for Al Orobah in Sunday’s 3-3 draw stalemate versus Al Kholood.
Having failed to score on his debut, the 28-year-old made his presence felt as the Sakakah based side fought robustly at the Al Hazm Club Stadium.
Boateng started the match and found the net in the 77th minute with a sublime header past goalkeeper Marcelo Grohe.
Fired to get back to winning ways after losing 2-1 to Al Wehda in their last game, Álvaro Pacheco’ men approached the game with seriousness as they crawl to the 15th position in the Saudi elite division log.
With this stalemate, Al Orobah has moved to 15th with 1 point from 3 outings so far in the 2024-25 campaign.
Boateng's side would be hoping to rebound to winning ways when they welcome 14th placed Al Fateh to the Al-Jouf University Stadium on Thursday, September 19, kick off at 16:00GMT.
