The ex-Eintracht Frankfurt forward will be severing ties with the German second-tier side, with top division suitors currently queuing up for his services in the summer

Ghanaian striker Ragnar Ache  is set to part company with 2. Bundesliga side FC Kaiserslautern, with German elite division-bound FC Köln and Union Berlin all believed to be in the running for his services ahead of the start of the new football season, a report from the German media has claimed.

The 26-year-old is keen on a top-flight football next season and such dream with his current employers is far from reach given their outings in this ongoing campaign so far.

Per German outlet Sport1, the former Greuther Fürth attacker will be departing the Fritz-Walter-Stadion at the end of the season and he is likely to team up with any of the aforementioned suitors in the summer given his quest to play in the Bundesliga next term.

His contract with FC Kaiserslautern will expire in 2026 and per his transfermarkt valuation, his admirers must cough up €3m to be able to land him for the new football season.

Ache has so far netted 17 and assisted 1 in 30 games for FCK across all competitions in this current 2024-25 football season.

Given his Ghanaian heritage, he still qualifies to switch allegiance and represent Ghana at the international level despite featuring for the Germany U21 national youth team.
