German-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Köhn found the back of the net for Hannover 96 in their commanding home victory against Vfl Osnabruck on Sunday.

Köhn, a versatile player, played the full 90 minutes as his team secured a dominant 7-0 win at the Heinz von Heiden-Arena.

Norwegian international Håvard Nielsen was instrumental, scoring a brace in the 21st minute and adding another before the half-hour mark.

Hannover 96 displayed an exceptional performance, adding five more goals to secure a resounding home victory.

Louis Schaub scored the third goal for Hannover 96 in the 58th minute, continuing their impressive offensive display.

Cedric Teuchert, a Germany international, contributed with a brace, netting goals in the 63rd and 70th minutes.

Derrick Köhn, the Ghanaian international, found the net for his team with their sixth goal in the 77th minute, while Andreas Voglsammer sealed the comprehensive win for Hannover 96.

So far this season, the 24-year-old Köhn has scored two goals in six appearances in the Bundesliga 2.

Unfortunately for Osnabruck, the Ghanaian trio of Kwesi Okyere Wriedt, Christian Conteh, and Maxwell Gyamfi were unable to prevent their team from suffering a heavy defeat.
