The 22-year-old forward is returning to his parent club following his loan spell with the relegated Danish top-flight campaigners this term

Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Yeboah is staging a come back at his mother club Brøndby IF after spending the 2024-25 football season on loan at Danish Superliga side Velje BK.

The ex-CFR Cluj man is among the 11 players being released by the Velje-based club following their relegation to the Danish 1st Division contest ahead of the new football campaign.

''Dimitris Emmanouilidis, German Onugkha, Thomas Gundelund, Emmanuel Yeboah, Yeni Ngbakoto, Kristian Kirkegaard, Miiko Albornoz, David Čolina, Richard Jensen, Andreas Tomaselli and Hamza Barry are all leaving Vejle Boldklub at the end of the season.

''They all have a share in the successful season for Vejle Boldklub, and we wish them luck with their future endeavors,'' an official statement over their release read.

Yeboah, whose current deal with Brondby IF is to expire in 2027, featured in 21 games by scoring 3 and assisting 1 for Velje across all competitions in this football season.

He is yet to earn his cap with the Ghana Senior Men's National Team at the international level having played for the Ghana U23 national team.
