Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Sadiq played a pivotal role in AZ Alkmaar's dominant 3-0 win over RKC Waalwijk in the Dutch Eredivisie on Sunday.
Sadiq, who featured for the full 90 minutes, was a standout performer in the match held at the Mandemakers Stadion.
The former BK Häcken star set up Ruben van Bommel to open the scoring for Alkmaar in the 31st minute.
Van Bommel doubled the visitors' lead after finishing off a pass from Jordy Clasie, further solidifying Alkmaar's control of the game.
The victory was sealed three minutes before the final whistle when Mexx Meerdink scored the third goal, ensuring a comfortable win for the visitors.
Sadiq, 24, has been an integral part of AZ Alkmaar’s campaign this season, featuring in all four matches, with one goal and one assist to his name.
