Kelvin Ofori has earned a spot in Sofascore's Slovakian Nike Liga Team of the Week following his outstanding performance in FC Spartak Trnava's 4-0 demolition of FK Zeleziarne Podbrezova.
The 23-year-old Ghanaian forward delivered a sensational display, scoring twice to lead his side to a commanding victory in the Round 10 fixture at the Zelpo Arena on Saturday.
Ofori opened the scoring just before halftime, converting a precise pass from Czech midfielder Erik Daniel. He then doubled Trnava’s advantage in the 55th minute, finishing a well-timed assist from Milos Kratochvil.
Trnava continued to assert their dominance, with Erik Daniel adding a third goal in the 66th minute. Ofori was substituted in the 71st minute for Robert Pich, who completed the rout with a stoppage-time strike.
Ofori's brace marked his first goals of the 2024-25 season, bringing his total to three goals in six appearances across all competitions. His impressive form has made him a key player for Spartak Trnava as they continue their push for success in the Slovakian Nike Liga.
