Tamale Future Stars FC have officially confirmed the departure of their prized forward, Sule Rahman, to Serbian Super League side FK IMT Novi Beograd.
The 18-year-old, born on January 5, 2007, joins the European outfit on a free transfer with add-ons and has signed a three-year deal.
Rahman’s switch follows a four-month training spell with FK IMT, having linked up with the Serbian club in April 2025. The transfer was finalised on August 11, 2025, marking a major leap in the youngster’s fast-rising career that began at Tamale Future Stars.
A highly versatile and dynamic attacker, Rahman is admired for his explosive dribbling, lightning pace, and fearless approach in one-on-one situations. Comfortable in any role across the front line, he is equally strong with both feet, sharp in front of goal, and deadly from set-pieces — traits that have earned him a reputation as one of Ghana’s most complete young forwards.
By joining FK IMT Novi Beograd, Rahman becomes the latest Ghanaian prospect to embark on a European adventure, with high hopes pinned on his ability to make an immediate impact in the Serbian top flight.
