German-born Ghanaian youngster Kofi Jeremy Amoako made his first-ever appearance for VfL Wolfsburg against SV Darmstadt in the Bundesliga over the weekend.

The budding talented midfielder, who has been a promising star at the youth sides of the Green and White lads, made his dream debut for the club in an away fixture at SV Darmstadt.

The 18-year-old's maiden Bundesliga appearance happened in the stoppage time when he was introduced as replacement for injured Mattias Svanberg.

He enjoyed minutes and showcased his qualities in their 1-0 win over SV Darmstadt in the German Bundesliga, appearing in Jersey no. 41.

This breakthrough follows Amoako's consistent stellar performances for Wolfsburg's U19 squad, where he showcased his prowess in the heart of the midfield across all 12 games in the Junior Bundesliga this season. Such was his impact that the young midfielder earned the captaincy of the U19 team.
