Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Arthur has sealed a move to Moroccan second-tier side Kenitra Athletic Club ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The 20-year-old joins from Swiss giants FC Basel during the summer transfer window and is expected to play a key role as Kenitra push for promotion to the Moroccan top-flight.

“We are delighted to announce the signing of our new midfielder, Isaac, from FC Basel,” the club confirmed in a statement.

Arthur, who previously featured for Ghana Premier League outfit Berekum Chelsea, expressed his excitement after completing the deal.
“Salamualaikum. I am Isaac, happy to be here. Let’s enjoy the season,” he said in a video during his unveiling.

The highly-rated youngster has already linked up with his new teammates in training as Kenitra finalize preparations for the upcoming campaign.

Arthur began his career in Ghana before moving abroad, where he played for Serbian side FK Vozdovac. He later joined FC Basel, gaining further experience on loan at Schaffhausen in the Swiss Challenge League.
