Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Sarfo scores in APOEL Nicosia heavy win over Karmiotissa FC

Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Sarfo climbed off the bench to open his season's goal-scoring account for APOEL Nicosia in the Cypriot top-flight league on Saturday evening.

APOEL Nicosia recorded their first victory of the season with an emphatic 3-0 away win over Karmiotissa FC at the Ammochostos Stadium.

After a lack of goals in the first half, two-goal hero Youssef El Arabi opened the scoring for the Yellow and Blue lads in the 62nd minute before doubling their lead five minutes later.

Sarfo completed their resounding victory with a fine strike in the 90+7 minute after replacing his compatriot David Abagna on the 79th minute of the game.

He has scored a goal and provided an assist in five appearances for 

APOEL Nicosia across all competitions in the ongoing season so far.
