Former Ghana U20 captain Zubairu Ibrahim continued his fine form, scoring his fifth league goal of the season as FK Partizan Belgrade secured a commanding 3-0 win over FK Jedinstvo Ub in the Serbian Super Liga on Saturday.
Ibrahim sealed the victory for Partizan in the 53rd minute, connecting with a well-timed pass from Congolese forward Aldo Kalulu. The goal capped off an impressive team performance at the Partizana Stadium in Belgrade.
Israeli midfielder Bibras Natcho opened the scoring just after halftime, converting an assist from Bosnian midfielder Stefan Kovač. Serbian attacker Nemanja Nikolić doubled Partizan's lead moments later with a well-placed finish, also set up by Kalulu.
Partizan's dominance was evident throughout the game, with Ibrahim's clinical finish underscoring his importance to the squad. The 21-year-old forward now boasts six goals and three assists in 19 appearances across all competitions this season.
Former Dreams FC midfielder Leonard Owusu also featured for Partizan, coming on as a second-half substitute in the 77th minute to replace Kovač.
The victory strengthens Partizan’s position in the league standings as they continue their push for silverware.
