Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Sadiq showcased his talent by scoring twice in BK Hacken's impressive 4-1 victory over Mjällby in the Swedish Cup final held on Thursday afternoon.
Starting the game on the left side of the attack, Sadiq made a significant impact. Bnie Traoré played in a central role, while Lars Olden Larson featured on the right flank.
Sadiq found the back of the net for the second time just before halftime, adding to BK Hacken's lead. In the 48th minute, Mikkel Rygaard extended the advantage to 3-0, and Samuel Gustafson sealed Hisingslagen's victory with a close-range goal. Mjällby managed to salvage a consolation goal through Johan Hammar's own goal in the 85th minute.
During the second half, Sadiq, the hero of the match, was replaced by Momodou Sonko.
With this triumph, BK Hacken claimed the cup title for the third time, having outplayed Mjällby AIF with a commanding 4-1 scoreline at Strandvallen.
Now, BK Hacken will shift their focus to their upcoming league game against Malmo FF scheduled for Sunday. Currently, BK Hacken sits in third place on the league table with 18 points.
