Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi delivered a standout performance on Tuesday, scoring and providing an assist as Beitar Jerusalem came from behind to secure a thrilling 3-2 victory over Maccabi Haifa in a Round 4 clash of the Israeli Ligat Ha'Al.

Maccabi Haifa struck first, with Dean David opening the scoring in the 21st minute. Twumasi, however, quickly responded, netting the equalizer for Beitar in the 34th minute to level the score at 1-1. After the break, David put Maccabi back in the lead with a 50th-minute strike, but Beitar Jerusalem remained resilient.

Twumasi's influence grew as the game wore on, and in the 71st minute, Abiezer Jeno scored the equalizer to set up a tense finale. Just five minutes later, Twumasi capped off his impressive night by assisting Timothy Muzie for the match-winning goal in the 76th minute, completing Beitar’s remarkable comeback.

Twumasi's goal and assist were pivotal in securing three crucial points for Beitar Jerusalem, further solidifying his role as a key player for the team this season.
